Benefits Motivation What is in it for them! Remember this does not have to be just of monitory value. However, when dealing with a business it will always be a consideration;

introducing it should be done with tact and subtlety. You should, therefore, suggest and imply additional business or potential loss of business and not directly state it. Benefit can be to gain some advantage or not to lose something. People are motivated by pride and simply feeling good about themselves. In a company, the fear of losing a good reputation for service, quality and customer care or anything else, can be a more powerful motivator than a possible benefit. Tact, hints and subtle suggestion are essential, in order to avoid the opposite outcome to your aim. Only two motivators! PAIN/PLEASURE! Useful Phrases ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
